Eligibility Criteria
Following is the eligibility criteria for 2023-2024 admission cycle for PhD in Pharmacology at SPGS:
- Qualification:
- PharmD/ BPharm with MS/MPharm/MPhil or equivalent degree from a HEC-recognized Higher Education Institution
- CGPA:
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0) or 60% (in the annual system) in the MS/MPharm/MPhil/equivalent degree from HEC recognized higher education institution
- Holders of MS/MPharm/MPhil or an equivalent degree from a HEC-recognized Higher Education Institution with a CGPA between 2.5 – 2.9 may also apply for conditional admission with the requirement to successfully complete additional course(s).
- Subject-specific Test:
- Conducted by Dow University of Health Sciences (min. passing score 60%)
- Admission Committee Interview:
- Short listed applicants only
- Submission of a short research proposal in the area of applicants’ interest
