MPhil in Pharmaceutical Chemistry

M.Phil. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry is a full-time postgraduate research degree program since 2013. The postgraduate program of Pharmaceutical Chemistry addresses chemical aspects of drug development including computer aided drug designing, synthesis, analytical procedures, in-vitro & in-vivo interactions of drugs. Medicinal chemistry is the most important aspect of this branch of Pharmacy that makes students aware of the importance of various software and instruments to be used for research purposes. PGs will also be trained on different instruments such as UV- Visible Spectrophotometer, HPLC, Mass Spectrophotometer, IR, and NMR Spectrophotometer, etc.
