In contrast, if we perceive a stressful situation as a potential threat or danger, it leads to negative stress or anxiety, which can have detrimental effects. Positive stress or eustress has been found to have a  positive  impact  on  work  performance,  by  driving  motivation  and  enhancing  job satisfaction.  With  that  in  mind,  a  recent  study  aimed  to  investigate  the  effect  of  job-related positive  stress  on  the job  performance  of  healthcare  professionals.  The  research  focused  on examining  how  positive  stressors  in  the  workplace  can  influence  the  performance  of healthcare workers, and whether this effect could be sustained over time. The study's findings shed  light  on  the  importance  of  positive  stress  in  the  workplace  and its  contribution  to  the overall job performance of healthcare professionals. Keywords:Positive stress, Negative stress, Anxiety, Stress, Motivation.

Consumers are shifting from traditional retail toward online buying due to the reduced prices and faster response from online shopping firms/organizations. The study investigated the development  of  modern  technology  i.e. E-commerce which  has  changed  the  perceptions  and buying  behavior  of  customers.  Online  media  is  affected  by  the  enormous  amount  of  data  that technology  collects  from  consumer  interactions  with E-commerce platforms.  They  may  register their  preferences,  giving  them  the  power  to  manage  product  availability  and  validity  while quickening  the  sale-purchase  process.  How customers see online payments and purchases has significantly changed as a result of technology use in daily life. The study used the quantitative approach to determine how the latest technology trends have impacted the E-commerce industry. The research instrument was online surveys since they are quick and convenient in collecting the responses. The dignity of the respondents was respected and informed permission was obtained from   each   participant.   They   were   informed   that   participation   was   voluntary   and   that confidentiality would be maintained.  The chatbot, augmented reality, mobile shopping, online payments, and customer evaluations are the five factors under which the research examines the effects of technological advances. This study found a significant link between modern technology and purchases made through online stores. The findings also provide us with an understanding of  how  global  economies  work,  how  firms  operate,  and  how  customers  shop  around  the  globe. The supporting technologies of these trends e.g.  chatbots,  augmented  reality,  online  payments, user  reviews,  and  mobile  shopping  will  certainly  have  a  favorable  effect  on  the E-commerce industry. Keywords: E-commerce,  technology,  chatbot,  augmented  reality,  online  payment,  customer reviews, mobile shopping

Supervisors at specialized medical care institutions in  Karachi  face  a  challenge  in  achieving  ideal  motivation  for their  staff,  which  would significantly  improve  hierarchical  execution.  This  study  aims  to  understand  the  components that  impact  representative  motivation  and  how  it  influences  worker  performance  in  these institutions. The  research  used  an  expressive   exploration  approach,  with  workers  from  Karachi's specialized  medical  care  institutions  as  the  focus.  A  Non-likelihood  judgment  analysis  was used,  and  data  was  collected  through  Google  structures  and  analyzed  using  SPSS  software. Inferential measurements were used to assess the information.  Results  showed  that  worker motivation and the viability of data trade, as well as the nature of the workplace, had the most strong  connection  for  external  components,  while  representative motivation  and  occupation impact by partners had the least. The relationship between decency of treatment at work and worker motivation was the most strong, while the relationship between input on presentation and  strengthening  and  representative  independence  and  worker  motivation  was  the  most precarious. In conclusion, the study reveals significant strengths in the relationship between dependent  and  autonomous  components,  the  significant  impact  of  external  and  internal variables  on  worker  motivation,  and  a  basic  impact  of  worker  motivation  on  worker performance.
