“From assessment to treatment: A Workshop on Orthodontics Planning” was conducted on 18th January 2025, Saturday. The session began with a recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by Professor Imtiaz Ahmed, Dean Faculty of Dentistry & HOD DIKIOHS (Patron in Chief), delivering an insightful discussion on the importance of treatment planning and diagnosis in orthodontics.
Dr. Sadia Rizwan (Program Director) played a pivotal role, along with Prof. Erum Behroz & Dr. Sameeruddin Shaikh (Course Coordinators), in making the program successful. As facilitators, Dr. Hareem Sultan, Dr. Anam Sattar, Dr. Hiba Tabbassum, and Dr. Muhammad Ashfaq, played a major role in conducting the session.
Orthodontics cases were presented from DIKIOHS, DDC & DIDC, which sparked a lively discussion among participants. These sessions highlighted crucial steps in creating effective treatment plans and diagnoses and were highly appreciated by attendees.
We’re grateful for the enthusiasm and expertise shared by our speakers and participants. The orthodontics department is looking forward to organizing more such sessions.
