- Joining the Meeting: Participants should join the meeting a 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. We have scheduled different sessions on different times to accommodate most of the students.
- Microphone: Please keep your microphone muted when not speaking to reduce background noise.
- Respectful Behavior: Please maintain a respectful and inclusive environment throughout the session, respecting all participants’ opinions and perspectives.
- Questions: Questions can be typed in the chat or asked verbally during the designated Q&A portion of the session.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter any technical difficulties, feel free to use the chat function to notify the host, and we will do our best to assist you promptly. Guidelines to use Microsoft Teams:
Potential students can connect using any device with internet connectivity – including from a mobile version of Teams available on Android and iOS. You do need to download the “Teams meeting” application on your device.
Click on join meeting which will land you on a webpage where you can add your name and join easily, or you can download Microsoft teams and join with the same link. If using a mobile phone, you would require downloading the MS Teams app from the App/Play Store. Please join the meeting 10 minutes earlier, so that we all are settled before the session starts.
