The Department of Dermatology, DIMC, conducted a highly interactive academic session on “Micronutrients in Hairfall and Growth: Myths vs. Facts” on February 11, 2025.
The session aimed to enhance awareness through an engaging discussion among faculty and trainees regarding the role of various micronutrients in hair health, their potential benefits, and their clinical applications.
Dr. Sadaf Ahmed (HOD, Dermatology) facilitated the event as the Program Director, alongside Dr. Sadia (Assistant Professor), who addressed academic queries comprehensively. The session received an overwhelming response, featuring simplified teaching methods for better understanding, followed by an interactive quiz.
Participants expressed great appreciation for the session and strongly requested similar academic activities in the future.
