On August 24, 2024, Dr. Ishrat Ul Ebad Khan Institute of Oral Health Sciences (DIKIOHS) underwent a mock inspection. This was done to ensure the institute meets the standards set by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) for BDS programs with 100 seats.
Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Anwar Ali, Principal of DIKIOHS, and Dr. Khurram Parvez, Vice Principal, the team evaluated DIKIOHS’ facilities, faculty, curriculum, and overall readiness to offer a high-quality dental education.
The guests included esteemed dental educators from renowned institutions: Prof. Dr. Kashif Naqvi, Principal, Bahria Dental College; Prof. Dr. Nadeem Hafeez Khokhar, Professor & Head Pre Clinical Dentistry, Hamdard University; Prof. Dr. Farah Naz, Professor & HoD, Department of Operative Dentistry, Dow International Dental College; and Prof. Dr. Shazia Akbar, Professor & HoD, Department of Oral Pathology, Dow Dental College.
