Dr. Samreen Zaidi, Assistant Professor and Pediatric Infectious Diseases Consultant at Sindh Infectious Diseases Hospital & Research Centre (SIDH & RC), shares insights on “Diphtheria” to raise public awareness.

Diphtheria is a serious bacterial infection caused by toxin-producing strains of Corynebacterium diphtheriae. Early detection and preventive measures are essential to combat this potentially life-threatening illness.
