The Dramatics & Entertainment Society of the Institute of Business and Health Management, Dow University of Health Sciences announces their recent success at the drama competition held by the Arts Council Karachi on October 22nd, 2023.
Facing tough competition from 10 universities across Pakistan, the team emerged victorious, securing two prestigious awards:
•Best Female Actress: Zoha Syed
•Best Male Supporting Actor: Saifullah Minhas (Jaali Peer)
Building on this remarkable achievement, Dr. Izhar Hussain, Director IBHM made the decision to showcase the winning drama to a wider audience.
A special certificate distribution ceremony was also held to acknowledge the dedication and hard work of all the drama participants. The ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of Prof. Dr. Jahan Ara Hasan, Pro Vice Chancellor, Dow University of Health Sciences, who presented the awards and shields bestowed upon the team by the Arts Council Karachi.
