Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) hosted an International Forum titled “Advancing Healthcare Education and Patient Care: Seamless Integration of Emerging Technologies.” Moderated by Dr. Sohail Rao, President and CEO of INNOVACORE Center for Research & Biotechnology, the forum featured distinguished speakers from the United States, including Bill Faruki, Founder and CEO of DV8 Infosystems and MINDHYVE.ai; Dr. Sana Khan, CEO of Expert MRI; and Dr. Saima Anis, Vice President of Healthcare Solutions at DV8 Infosystems.
These experts provided invaluable insights on the future of healthcare innovation, addressing DUHS senior leadership on the pivotal role of emerging technologies in revolutionizing both healthcare education and patient care.
The integration of cutting-edge healthcare technologies is a key component of DUHS’s Master Strategic Plan (2024-2030), which includes the establishment of a College of Healthcare Innovations and Emerging Technologies. This initiative aims to enhance the skills of the current workforce while training future healthcare professionals.
