Anatomy is one of the essential basic science disciplines which dental students across Pakistan and outside study. This discipline helps students learn about the macro- and microscopic structures and developmental Anatomy with special emphasis on the head and neck region. There is also an introduction to other body systems in order to provide a more holistic view of the body to the learners. It is the Basic subject which is taught in first year of BDS course. Without thoroughly knowing it you may not succeed in BDS course.
