Dow Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (DIPM&R) is the first civilian multidisciplinary rehabilitation service. It was established in 2007.

There has long been a need of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation facility in Pakistan, so first civilian Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (IPM&R) was established in 2007 under the umbrella of Dow University of Health Sciences.

I am optimistic that graduates of the DPT program will serve humanity by strengthening the concept of a knowledge-based economy in Pakistan through their innovation, scientific and entrepreneurial skills.
