Workshop: Siraat-ul-Success – Leadership for Women
In celebration of International Women’s Day, the Institute of Business & Healthcare Management (IBHM) at Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) is proud to host a female-led leadership workshop, “Siraat-ul-Success – Leadership for Women,” under the directorship of Prof. Dr. Asima Faisal.
Date: Saturday, 8th March 2025
Venue: Lecture Hall 1, DCOP New Building, DUHS Ojha Campus
This empowering workshop aims to honor the strength and potential of women, fostering leadership qualities in young females and faculty members of DUHS. Participants will gain the skills and confidence needed to lead effectively in their respective fields.
Participants will:
– Develop a strong personal leadership identity
– Acquire essential leadership skills
– Explore leadership roles for women in various domains
– Understand leadership from an Islamic perspective
