A significant milestone (Dated 26th Feb 2025) for Dow Skills Development Centre (DSDC) as representatives from City & Guilds visited Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) to grant accreditation to DSDC. This achievement paves the way for the introduction of internationally recognized training programs. 

An important milestone in healthcare training and development took place today. Dow Skills Development Centre has been approved to deliver the GEMS City & Guilds Accreditation Programme, demonstrating its commitment to meeting the highest standards.

The accreditation visit was led by GEMS Pathways, the authorized representative of City & Guilds in Pakistan. The delegation included:

Tabish Fareedi, Country Manager, Muhammad Irshad, Quality Assurance Head and M. Furqan Iqbal, Academic Head.

Additionally, distinguished representatives joined the session online, including:

Dr. Amir Saadati, Executive Director, GEMS Middle East, Dr. Tony Degazon, Regional Manager, City & Guilds/ILM (Middle East, North Africa, and Europe). Other senior members from GEMS Pathways, City & Guilds.

With this accreditation, DSDC is set to offer globally recognized training programs, further strengthening its role in professional development and skill enhancement in the healthcare sector.
