The Department of Dermatology at DIMC conducted an engaging academic session on “The Role of Secukinumab in Psoriasis” on February 18, 2025.
The session aimed to foster an interactive discussion among faculty and trainees on the use of biologics, treatment protocols, and their benefits for different psoriatic patients. Dr. Sadaf Ahmed (HOD, Dermatology) led the session as the program director, alongside Dr. Madiha Sajid (Associate Professor), addressing academic queries with a clear and structured approach.
The event received an overwhelming response, featuring simplified teaching methods for better understanding, followed by an interactive quiz.
Participants highly appreciated the session and expressed keen interest in future academic activities of a similar nature.
