The Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC) in coordination with Hult Prize International organized the awareness event, held on January 22, 2025. The event brought together esteemed speakers to empower students to tackle the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The event featured Mr. Nadeem Ahmed, a member of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), who highlighted the importance of SDGs and discussed the United Nations’ efforts to achieve these goals.
Representatives from the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) provided innovative ideas on initiatives for following SDGs in Pakistan, focusing on sustainable cities and communities.
The event offered students a unique opportunity to gain insights, ask questions, and prepare for the On-Campus Program.
The Campus Director Hult Prize DUHS, Warisha Shakeel thanked all the guests and shared future plans with the participants.
