Our Services

The Nephrology Department at Dow University of Health Sciences was established in 2011 and is fully accredited for FCPS training. The department plays a vital role in the education of both undergraduate and postgraduate students, providing valuable teaching exposure and hands-on clinical training.

Since its inception, the department has been dedicated to delivering comprehensive nephrology services to both inpatients and outpatients. Our expert team effectively manages a wide range of conditions, including acute kidney disease and chronic kidney disease, and provides 24/7 dialysis services to ensure continuous and reliable patient care.

In 2016, we established the Renal Transplant Unit, which has successfully performed numerous renal transplant surgeries to date, underscoring our commitment to advanced kidney care. Additionally, the department offers specialized hemodialysis services for patients with Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and non-B, non-C conditions, ensuring that we effectively address the diverse needs of our patients while striving for optimal health outcomes.
