Announcing the publication of a special supplement of Journal of Pakistan Medical Association (JPMA) featuring papers presented during the 1st International Conference of Biomedical Sciences at Dow University of Health Sciences
It is the first time in DUHS that a number of papers out of the conference have been published in an X category journal.
A total of 150 abstracts were showcased either as posters or PowerPoint presentations during the conference. Following an open call for full-length papers, we received 50 manuscripts. After meticulous evaluation by three external reviewers and the rigorous review process of JPMA (Journal of Pakistan Medical Association), we are proud to announce that 15 articles have been accepted for publication in this prestigious journal.
This marks a significant milestone as it’s the first time in DUHS history that a conference supplement has been published in an impact factor journal!
